VISALIA, CA (April 2, 2024) — A woman suffered an injury in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident at Walnut Avenue and Giddings Street.
 
According to Visalia police officers, the hit-and-run happened around 9:30 p.m. Sunday. Under unclear circumstances, an unidentified driver struck a female pedestrian near the intersection. Subsequently, officers responded to the scene to find the injured woman who had injuries consistent with being hit by a vehicle. However, police could not find the driver anywhere at the crash site.
