SAN DIEGO, CA (August 18, 2021) — A woman suffered an injury in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on G Street near 21st Street early Tuesday.
 
According to police, the crash happened around 2:15 a.m. in the Sherman Heights neighborhood. For unknown reasons, a driver heading eastbound struck a woman crossing the street in an eastbound direction.
 
As a result of the crash, the victim suffered a broken leg and required transportation to a hospital.
