1 Hospitalized after Pedestrian Accident on Veteran Avenue near UCLA in Westwood

 
WESTWOOD, CA (February 21, 2022) – A woman sustained injuries in a pedestrian accident on Veteran Avenue on Friday morning.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened on February 18 at about 10:00 a.m. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle hit the pedestrian near the area of Gayley Avenue and UCLA.
 
The Los Angeles Fire Department also responded to the scene and transported the victim to a hospital. Updates on the victim’s condition remain undisclosed.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
 
As per reports, no one was arrested.
 
Los Angeles police continue to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
