CAMERON PARK, CA (March 9, 2022) — A woman died in a pedestrian accident on Cameron Park Drive near Green Valley Road on Tuesday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal pedestrian accident occurred around 7:00 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck a woman near the intersection.
 
As a result of the crash, the unidentified woman died at the scene.
 
At this time, information related to the cause of the crash requires additional investigation. However, authorities have ruled out drugs and alcohol as possible factors.
