OROSI, CA (September 30, 2022) — A woman died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident near Avenue 416 and Road 125 on Thursday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal hit-and-run occurred around 8:30 p.m. Officers learned that a driver in a white SUV left the scene after hitting a woman on the road.
 
Soon after, paramedics brought the seriously injured woman to a hospital, where, despite receiving life-saving efforts, she succumbed to her injuries.
 
As of now, officers do not have information on the suspect or vehicle at this time. Although, if anyone has details on the SUV, which sustained front-end damage, please call the highway patrol.
