1 Dead in 2-Vehicle Crash near Fremont Street in Stockton

 
STOCKTON, CA (February 19, 2024) — A woman died in a 2-car accident at Fremont Street and Harrison Street.
 
According to Stockton police officers, the two-car crash happened around 4:00 p.m. Saturday. For unknown reasons, a vehicle traveling eastbound on Fremont Street crashed into another car. Moments after, Stockton Police and paramedics responded and brought a woman in the rear passenger seat of the eastbound vehicle to a hospital. However, despite receiving life-saving efforts, she passed away.
 
Officials did not release her name. However, the coroner’s office will release her name once they notify her family.
