DUI Head-On Crash on Florida Drive in Balboa Park Injures Two

 
BALBOA PARK, CA (October 12, 2022) – Police arrested a 28-year-old woman after a DUI head-on crash on Florida Drive in Balboa Park area Friday night, October 7.
 
Around 6:52 p.m., the suspect collided head-on with another vehicle on northbound 2500 Florida Drive. She crossed over into the southbound lane, causing the crash.
 
A 57-year-old female driver of the other vehicle sustained minor head injury and her 78-year-old female passenger had an open wrist fracture with complaints of pain.
 
Meanwhile, police arrested the woman on suspicion of driving under the influence.
