William Deis Hit and Killed on Mission Boulevard [Jurupa Valley, CA]

65-Year-Old Man Dies after Hit by Pickup Truck in Jurupa Valley

 
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (November 18, 2022) – William Deis was hit and killed by a vehicle in Jurupa Valley Thursday morning on November November 17.
 
The fatal accident happened around 5:10 a.m. on Mission Boulevard, just near Jolly Way. According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Deis was standing for unknown reasons, when a Chevrolet Silverado struck him.
 
Offices said the driver was heading westbound on Mission Boulevard when Deis suddenly came into view. The driver swerved to avoid him but struck him in the road.
 
After the crash, the driver immediately stopped and called 911. They were not injured.
 
County fire paramedics arrived minutes later and pronounced Deis dead at the scene.
 
Deis was 65 years old. His city of residence was unknown.
