Victor Bahena Jr. Killed in Pedestrian Accident on 210 Freeway [Upland, CA]

45-Year-Old Man Dies after Struck by Vehicle on 210 Freeway near Base Line Road

 
UPLAND, CA (January 19, 2022) – Victor Bahena Jr. was killed in a pedestrian accident in Upland Thursday evening last week on January 12.
 
The fatal accident happened around 8:38 p.m. on 210 Freeway, just east of Base Line Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, Bahena was walking westbound when a vehicle struck him.
 
The impact caused Bahena fatal injuries and he died at the scene. He was 45 years old from Redlands.
 
It is unclear if the involved driver stayed after the crash. It is also unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor.
 
At this time, the CHP Rancho Cucamonga area is still investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatality.
