Two Men Injured in Head-On Accident on Highway 395 [Victorville, CA]

Two Critically Hurt after Head-On Crash on Highway 395 near Bear Valley Road

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (January 3, 2022) — Two adult males suffered injuries in a head-on accident on Highway 395 on Thursday, December 30.
 
The crash occurred shortly before 9:30 p.m. along U.S. Highway 395, north of Bear Valley Road. The incident involved a white older model Chevy Silverado pickup truck and a gray Dodge Charger.
 
Victorville City Firefighters rushed to the scene. They determined they had two patients with critical injuries and asked for helicopters to the scene.
 
Due to weather, four helicopters rejected the flight. Then ground ambulances rushed the patients to trauma hospitals down the hill. There are no updates on their injuries as of the moment.
 
Officers temporarily closed US Highway 395 in both directions between Bear Valley and Luna Road.
 
The Victorville Police Department continues to determine the official cause of the incident.
