Tesla Falls Onto 134 Freeway near Griffith Park Injuring Two Men

 
GRIFFITH PARK, CA (March 5, 2024) – Two men were hurt in a fiery accident on 134 Freeway near Griffith Park late Sunday evening on March 3.
 
The accident happened just before 11:00 p.m. at Riverside Drive. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a Tesla sedan had fallen from the Riverside Drive overpass on the 134 Freeway concrete divider and burst into flames.
 
A 65-year-old man and a 60-year-old man managed to get out of the car.
 
Responding paramedics took the men to a regional trauma center with serious injuries.
 
Police believe the driver simply lost control of the vehicle before the crash. They do not suspect the driver was driving under the influence.
 
An investigation is underway.
