Evening Fiery Crash on El Camino Real in Redwood City Kills Driver and Passenger
REDWOOD CITY, CA (November 6, 2022) – Two people died in a fiery accident on El Camino Real in Redwood City on Friday evening, November 4.
The fatal accident happened around 8:00 p.m. at the intersection with Finger Avenue. According to the Redwood City Police Department, two vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
When officers arrived, they found the driver and passenger of one of the cars trapped in the vehicle. Both later died at the scene.
The other vehicle was on fire. The 17-year-old driver and two passengers in that car were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
At this time, the exact cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
