Man Dies after Hit by Truck on 210 Freeway in La Canada Flintridge

 
LA CANADA FLINTRIDGE (November 6, 2022) – A man died in a pedestrian accident on 210 Freeway in La Canada Flintridge on Saturday morning, November 5.
 
The fatal accident happened around 10:14 a.m. at the southbound Ocean View Boulevard. According to the California Highway Patrol, the male pedestrian ran into the street into the path of a truck.
 
When officers arrived, they found the man lying in the roadway. They attempted saving him, but the victim died at the scene.
 
The identity of the pedestrian was not immediately available.
 
The truck driver remained on scene.
 
Crews shut down the traffic on Ocean View Boulevard in both directions until around 1:53 p.m. while they cleared the wreckage.
 
An investigation into this accident is ongoing.
