Two Extricated after Solo Vehicle Crash on 10 Freeway near Main Street in Cabazon

 
CABAZON, CA (April 17, 2023) – Two people sustained injuries in a solo car accident on 10 Freeway, Sunday morning.
 
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the incident happened on April 16, at about 7:55 a.m. For reasons still under investigation, a vehicle crashed near Main Street.
 
The impact of the crash trapped two victims in the wrecked vehicle. Emergency crews arrived to extricate the victims. A ground ambulance later transported the victims to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
 
No other injuries were reported.
 
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
