Car Accident on 10 Freeway in Banning Injures Two People

 
BANNING, CA (October 25, 2021) – Two people suffered injuries in a car accident on 10 Freeway in Banning Saturday noon.
 
The accident happened on October 23, on the eastbound side of the freeway near Ramsey Street. According to the Riverside County Fire Department, a vehicle drove off the freeway and ended up near the railroad tracks.
 
Firefighters extricated one person from the wreckage with moderate injuries. The other person had minor injuries.
 
Paramedics transported the patients to a hospital for proper treatment.
 
At this time, it is unknown if speed, drugs or alcohol was a factor. Further investigation is underway.
