Two Hospitalized after Two-Car Accident on Chapman Avenue and Euclid Street

GARDEN GROVE, CA (June 13, 2022) — Two drivers suffered injuries in a two-car crash on Chapman Avenue on Wednesday, June 8.

Garden Grove Police Department and Orange County Fire Authority rushed to the crash area of Chapman Avenue and Euclid Street.

When they arrived, they discovered two vehicles that crashed head-on because there had been no working street lights.

Apparently, around an hour before the head-on crash, there was an accident in the area near 9th Street and Chapman Avenue. The involved vehicle crashed into a power pole and sheared off power lines which knocked out power in the area. Thus, causing the outage in this collision.

Paramedics rushed both drivers of each vehicle to UCI Medical Center in the City of Orange with undetermined injuries.
