Four Vehicles Involved in Fatal Crash on Sierra Avenue in Fontana
FONTANA, CA (July 11, 2021) – Police confirmed that two people died in a multi-vehicle crash on Sierra Avenue on July 7.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Ramona Avenue.
Based on reports, four vehicles collided in the lanes. However, officials did not yet release the details that led to the fatal pile-up accident. Also, officers did not release descriptions of the involved cars.
Immediately, San Bernardino Fire crews extricated the occupants in two vehicles. As a result, two people died in the incident. Officers did not yet release their names pending kin notification. In addition, three others were listed in critical condition and one person suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
At this point, this multi-vehicle crash on Sierra Avenue is still under investigation. Also, no other details are available.
