Two-Vehicle Crash on Del Dios Road in Rancho Santa Fe Leaves 2 People in Critical Condition

 
RANCHO SANTA FE (March 14, 2023) – Two people were critically injured in a two-vehicle accident on Del Dios Road in Rancho Santa Fe Saturday morning on March 11.
 
The accident happened around 11:04 a.m. near the Lake Hodges Dam. According to the Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District, two vehicle collided in unclear circumstances.
 
The two drivers, an adult male and female, were taken to a nearby Palomar hospital with critical injuries.
 
It is unclear if there were passengers in both vehicles.
