Traffic Delays, 6-Car Crash on Highway 29 in American Canyon

 
AMERICAN CANYON, CA (August 2, 2023) — Officers reported traffic in the area following a 6-car accident on Highway 29 near American Canyon Road.
 
According to the American Canyon Police Department, the multi-vehicle crash happened just before 7:00 p.m. Monday. Under unclear circumstances, six vehicles crashed just south of American Canyon Road near Safeway.
 
Shortly after, authorities responded to the scene to search the area and clear the roads. Because of the accident, commuters faced northbound and southbound traffic.
