Timothy Kearn Arrested, David Vogel, Tavon Henderson, Dennis Braun Injured in Reynolds Ferry Road DUI Crash near Highway 49

 
TUOLUMNE COUNTY, CA (May 5, 2023) — Timothy Kearn faces DUI charges following a head-on crash on Reynolds Ferry Road near Highway 49.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle accident was reported on May 3. For DUI reasons, 20-year-old Kearn crossed the center line of Reynolds Ferry Road. Traveling at about 40 miles per hour, his 2005 Honda Accord struck a westbound 2016 Lexus IS 350.
 
Kearn, of Sonora, and his two passengers — 19-year-old David Vogel of Sonora and 27-year-old Tavon Henderson of Stockton — suffered minor injuries. In addition, 62-year-old Dennis Braun, of Waterford, driving the Lexus reported minor wounds, as well.
 
Following an investigation, officers arrested Kearn for felony DUI after determining that alcohol and/or drugs played a factor.
