LAPD K9 Unit and Sedan Collide near Whites Canyon Road Injuring 3 People

 
CANYON COUNTRY, CA (December 25, 2022) – Three people were injured in LAPD K9 crash near Whites Canyon Road and Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country on December 20.
 
According to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, a Los Angeles Police Department Bomb Detection K9 unit and a Toyota Prius collided around 12:15 p.m.
 
As a result, three people sustained minor injuries. Two of the patients were transported for further medical evaluation.
 
The cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
