MALIBU, CA (April 6, 2021) – Three people sustained injuries in a fiery multi-vehicle crash on Pacific Coast Highway Monday morning.
 
The crash happened around 11:45 a.m. on April 5 at Via Escondido Drive, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
 
Fire officials said multiple vehicles collided, one of them caught fire. As a result, three people suffered unspecified injuries. Paramedics transported the injured patients to a hospital for proper treatment.
 
It is unknown if speed, drugs or alcohol played a factor. The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
