Crash on Pearblossom Highway Kills 1, Sends 2 Others to Hospital
PEARBLOSSOM, CA (April 6, 2021) – One person died and two others sustained injuries Monday after a car accident at 12356 Pearblossom Highway.
The crash happened around 3:20 p.m. on April 5, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene and two other patients were airlifted to a hospital with unspecified injuries, the fire department reported.
Caltrans closed two eastbound lanes of the highway at Longview Road for an unknown duration after the crash.
Officers did not indicate the number of vehicles involved. They also did not release the identity of the deceased victim pending family notification.
The circumstances of this fatal crash remains under investigation.
