Teen Girl Hospitalized in Pedestrian Crash at Wagner Heights Road in Stockton

 
STOCKTON, CA (May 12, 2023) — Paramedics took a teen girl to a hospital following a pedestrian accident at Wagner Heights Road and Thornton Road.
 
According to Stockton police officers, the pedestrian accident happened around 3:50 p.m. Thursday. Under unclear circumstances, a driver of what reports claim to be a white box truck hit a female teenager on the road.
 
The unidentified teen suffered serious injuries in the crash. Responding paramedics took the victim to a nearby hospital for care.
 
Following the crash, authorities assembled at the scene to investigate and determine what led to the accident. At the scene was a black piece of clothing lying about 20 feet in front of the stopped white box truck. Reports also mentioned a black backpack left on the sidewalk near the crash.
