Bicyclist Fatally Struck by Speeding Driver at Jensen Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard

 
FRESNO, CA (February 10, 2021) – A bicyclist was struck and killed by a speeding driver Wednesday morning in southwest Fresno.
 
The fatal incident happened around 5:45 a.m. at West Jensen Avenue and South Martin Luther King Boulevard.
 
According to police, 45-year-old Tamiko Fuller of Fresno was riding his bicycle when a speeding Honda struck him. The impact knocked him about 300 feet off the roadway. He died at the scene.
 
The Honda then struck a Toyota that was heading northbound on Martin Luther King. The impact caused the Honda to crash into a utility police, killing the driver.
 
The Fresno County Sheriff’s-Coroner’s Office identified the speeding driver as 20-year-old Kai Moua of Fresno.
 
Police are trying to determine if the driver that caused the crash was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. An investigation is ongoing.
