Two SUVs Collide on Summit Valley Road in Hesperia Killing One

 
HESPERIA, CA (May 25, 2023) – Steve McClune was killed in a two-vehicle accident in south Hesperia Monday night on May 22.
 
The fatal accident happened around 6:47 p.m. on Summit Valley Road between Agape and Telephone Canyon roads. According to the San Bernardino County Fire Department, a white SUV and a silver SUV collided near Bandicoot Trail.
 
McClune, a 57-year-old Hesperia man, died at the scene. It is unknown if he was one of the drivers or a passenger.
 
It is unclear if there are other injuries sustained in the crash.
 
The cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
