Singh Mann Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Ashlan Avenue [Fresno, CA]

64-Year-Old Man Dies after Struck by Vehicle at Ashlan and Blythe Avenues

 
FRESNO, CA (December 7, 2022) – Singh Mann died in a pedestrian accident in Fresno late Monday afternoon on December 5.
 
The fatal accident happened around 5:45 p.m. at Ashlan Avenue and Blythe Avenue, just near the Noble Credit Union Bank. According to the Fresno Police Department, a vehicle was traveling westbound on Ashlan when it struck the victim.
 
An off-duty registered nurse attempted to do CPR before units arrived.
 
Sadly, Mann did not survive and died at the scene. He was 64 years old.
 
The driver said they did not see the victim until their car made contact with him. They stayed on scene and cooperated with police.
 
Police do not suspect drugs or alcohol to be a factor at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
