Sherry Adams, Nathan Reyes Crash in Deadly 2-Car Accident on Highway 14 near Highway 58

 
MOJAVE, CA (February 19, 2024) — Sherry Adams and Nathan Reyes were involved in a deadly two-car accident on Highway 14 near Highway 58.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal two-car accident happened around 3:32 p.m. on February 16.
 
For unknown reasons, a southbound 2018 Mitsubishi sedan turning into the Stater Brothers parking lot collided with a northbound Infiniti sedan. In the wake of the collision, an 84-year-old Mitsubishi passenger who wasn’t wearing a seatbelt died from his injuries.
 
Shortly after, paramedics and police officers arrived and identified 53-year-old Sherry Marie Adams, of Lancaster, as the Mitsubishi driver and 53-year-old Nathan Reyes, of California City, as the Infiniti driver. However, the Kern County Coroner’s Office has yet to release the fatal victim’s name.
