Rod Lawley Dies in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Shaw Avenue near Peach Avenue

 
CLOVIS, CA (June 15, 2021) — Rod Lawley died in Thursday’s hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Shaw Avenue near Peach Avenue.
 
According to Clovis Police officers, the accident happened around 10:23 p.m. Under unknown circumstances, an unidentified driver in an unknown vehicle struck and killed 54-year-old Lawley. Per reports, Lawley died later that night following the crash.
 
Upon arriving, police found no sign of the vehicle or driver involved. Although the following Saturday, they confirmed that they had made an arrest. However, no details were provided, and the case remains under investigation.
