Rider Dies in San Diego Motorcycle Accident on Otay Mesa Road

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (June 11, 2021) — A rider died in a motorcycle accident on Otay Mesa Road near Alta Road Thursday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a rider in a stolen motorcycle collided with a semi-truck hauling two trailers.
 
The 9:30 a.m. accident caused fatal injuries to the motorcyclist. However, authorities have not confirmed the ultimate cause of the crash or if DUI played a role.
 
At this time, the accident requires further investigation by CHP. Although, if any witnesses have more information, please contact local authorities.
