23-Year-Old Woman Dies after Struck by Vehicle on Highway 126 near Willard Road

 
SANTA PAULA, CA (May 29, 2023) – Prinze Lorenzo was killed in a pedestrian accident in Santa Paula Saturday afternoon on May 27.
 
The fatal accident happened around 2:07 p.m. on Highway 126 near Willard Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, Lorenzo was walking on the westbound highway when a 2016 Dodge struck her.
 
Lorenzo suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. She was a 23-year-old Milpitas resident.
 
The driver of the Dodge was a 70-year-old Fillmore man.
 
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor. The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
