LOS ANGELES, CA (February 7, 2021) – A police pursuit operation led to an accident in the 800 block of South Spence Street on February 7.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at approximately 8:54 AM.
 
Based on a report, a near-collision happened at the intersection of 7th Street and Marietta Street. Subsequently, it sparked a pursuit that lasted about 30 seconds. The chase ended when the suspect’s vehicle, a gold 2000 Toyota Solara, struck another vehicle. In the end, the Toyota overturned and caught fire.
 
As a result, the Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed that two people suffered critical injuries. Firefighters and paramedics immediately responded to the scene.
