PERRIS, CA (March 6, 2021) – One person sustained injuries in a big rig accident on Indian Avenue, Saturday morning.
 
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the incident happened at about 4:05 a.m. Due to unknown circumstances, a Jeep and a big rig collided near Ramona Expressway.
 
The impact of the collision trapped one person in the wreckage.
 
After extrication, paramedics transported the victim to a hospital with moderate to serious injuries. Authorities did not release the name and age of the victim.
