SACRAMENTO, CA (December 9, 2021) — One person was injured in a pedestrian accident on Florin Road near Land Park Drive on Tuesday morning.
 
According to police, the incident happened around 10:00 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver in a vehicle crashed into the back of a trailer that was hauled by a pickup truck. At some point during the crash, a pedestrian sustained serious injuries.
 
Shortly after, emergency personnel responded and brought the pedestrian to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
