Person Critically Hurt in Sacramento Pedestrian Crash near Sequoia Pacific Boulevard
SACRAMENTO, CA (August 2, 2021) — One person was critically injured in a pedestrian crash near Sequoia Pacific Boulevard and Richards Boulevard.
According to police, the crash happened sometime around Friday night. For unknown reasons, a driver struck the pedestrian near the intersection. Soon after, paramedics reached the scene and transported the victim to a nearby hospital.
At this time, officers have not confirmed the liabilities or ultimate cause of the crash. However, they have ruled DUI out as a possible source of the incident. If anyone has more information, please call the Sacramento Police.
