4-Month Old Elanie Barraba Dies in Accident on 15 Freeway near Oak Hill Road

 
HESPERIA, CA (August 7, 2021) – Fourth-month-old Elanie Barraba of Salinas died in a traffic accident on 15 Freeway in Hesperia Sunday, August 1.
 
The fatal accident happened around 12:56 p.m. on August 1 near Oak Hill Road. Barraba was a passenger in the crash, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office said.
 
However, the young baby died at the Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville around 1:30 p.m.
 
Authorities did not provide details of how the crash occurred. The number of involved vehicles was also not available.
 
At this time, deputies are still looking further into this fatal accident.
