ROSEDALE, CA (November 20, 2023) – A pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle on Olive Drive, Saturday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on November 18, at about 7:00 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, a vehicle hit a pedestrian near the intersection of Olive Drive and Victor Street.
 
The condition of the pedestrian remains unknown. Details about the driver and vehicle involved are also not specified.
 
As per reports, the accident blocked the westbound lanes. Affected lanes were later reopened at 7:18 p.m.
 
CHP continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
