Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver on Arrow Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga

 
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (April 11, 2022) – A pedestrian died in a hit-and-run crash on Arrow Boulevard at Hemlock Avenue, early Wednesday morning.
 
The fatal crash happened around 1:30 a.m. on April 6. According to the California Highway Patrol, the driver of a vehicle struck the pedestrian at the intersection and took off without rendering aid.
 
When paramedics arrived, they found the victim dead at the scene.
 
The identity of the pedestrian was withheld at this time.
 
The hit-and-run suspect remains at large.
 
The CHP had cleared the scene of the crash by 4:30 a.m. Investigators hope cameras from nearby industrial structures may have captured some of the crash.
