MODESTO, CA (October 31, 2022) — A pedestrian was hit and killed by a motorcycle on Scenic Drive near Bodem Avenue.
 
According to the Modesto Fire Department, the fatal pedestrian accident happened late Friday. Around 10:00 p.m., a motorcycle rider struck a pedestrian under unclear circumstances.
 
Modesto police officers responded soon after and confirmed one fatality. Following the crash, paramedics brought the motorcycle rider to a hospital for treatment.
 
It’s unclear what drove the accident. However, the details and the victim’s name will be available once we receive more information.
