Pedestrian Killed in San Francisco Crash at Folsom Street Parking Lot

 
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (December 12, 2023) – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a car on Folsom Street, Monday afternoon.
 
According to the San Francisco Police Department, the incident happened on December 11, at about 2:50 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, a vehicle hit a pedestrian in a private parking lot on the 1700 block of Folsom Street.
 
As per reports, the driver also hit several other vehicles.
 
Emergency crews pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene. Authorities withheld the identity of the victim, pending notification of next of kin.
 
San Francisco police ruled out drugs and alcohol as factors in the fatal accident. Anyone with additional information can call SFPD at (415) 575-4444.
