Man Killed after Hit-and-Run Accident on Sixth Street and Bonnie Brae Street

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (January 26, 2023) — A man suffered fatal injuries after a hit-and-run accident on Sixth Street on Monday, January 23.
 
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened at around 8:25 p.m. at the intersection of Sixth Street and Bonnie Brae Street.
 
Police said a blue pickup traveled west on Sixth Street. Then it hit the pedestrian. After that, the driver fled the area without trying to render aid.
 
The victim only described as a man between the ages of 20-25, died at the scene. Police added that the victim was not homeless. His name and city of residence were not yet available.
 
Police urge the public to help them locate the driver. They offer a $50,000 reward for any info that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
