Torrance Bicycle Accident on 223rd Street, One Injured

 
TORRANCE, CA (October 26, 2021) – One person suffered serious injuries in a bicycle accident on 223rd Street on October 21.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at Vermont Avenue around 9:00 AM.
 
Based on an initial report, the victim was riding a bicycle at the intersection near 110 Freeway at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, a car struck him. However, the details that led to the crash were not immediately available.
 
As a result, the bicyclist was badly hurt in the crash. Immediately, paramedics transported him to Harbor-UCLA Medical Center for treatment.
