Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Car on Sunrise Boulevard in Roseville

 
ROSEVILLE, CA (December 15, 2022) – One person died in a pedestrian accident on Sunrise Boulevard in Roseville early Tuesday morning.
 
The fatal accident happened around 2:11 a.m. on Decembe 13, just near Twin Oaks Avenue. According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian was walking outside of an unmarked crosswalk and popped out in front of a car and they were struck.
 
The impact caused the victim fatal injuries and they died at the scene. They were not yet identified.
 
It is unclear if the involved driver stayed after the crash.
 
At this time, an investigation into the circumstances of this fatality is underway.
