Hit-and-Run Driver Sought after Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Goldenwest Street in Westminster

 
WESTMINSTER, CA (February 3, 2021) – One person died following a pedestrian accident on Goldenwest Street in the evening of January 24.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal collision happened near Oxford Drive around 7:16 PM.
 
Based on a report, the victim was crossing Goldenwest Street outside of a marked crosswalk when he was struck by a black SUV. Subsequently, the vehicle left and was last seen moving west on Oxford. After the first collision, a second vehicle struck the victim. The driver remained at the scene.
 
As a result, the pedestrian died in the incident. Officials did not yet release the deceased’s identity pending kin notification.
