Two Motorcycles and Semi Truck Collide on 15 Freeway near Baker Killing One Rider

 
BAKER, CA (November 7, 2022) – One person died and another was injured in a motorcycle accident on 15 Freeway near the town of Baker on Saturday afternoon.
 
The fatal accident happened around 4:16 p.m. on November 5. According to the CHP, two motorcycles and a semi tractor trailer collided along the northbound lanes of the freeway.
 
Both riders were ejected from their bikes. One person landed in the center divider while the other rider landed in the right shoulder.
 
San Bernardino County Fire Department responded and confirmed that one of the male riders did not survive.
 
The other male rider was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
 
It is unknown if speed, drugs or alcohol was a factor. The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
