Fiery Two-Vehicle Crash on Pearblossom Highway in Llano Leaves One Person Dead

 
LLANO, CA (March 11, 2024) – One person was killed in a fiery two-vehicle accident on Pearlblossom Highway in Llano late Friday evening on March 8.
 
The fatal accident happened around 11:00 p.m. at 263rd Street. According to the California Highway Patrol, a white van and a sedan collided on the highway for unknown reasons. The impact caused one of the vehicles to overturn on its side and burst into flames.
 
First responders pronounced one person dead at the scene.
 
The name, age and hometown of the victim were not immediately available.
 
Los Angeles County Fire Department crews were on the scene to extinguish the fire.
 
The cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
