PHELAN, CA (November 11, 2021) – Police confirmed that one person suffered injuries in a two-vehicle crash on 15 Freeway on November 5.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at Highway 138 around 4:47 PM.
 
Based on an initial report, a blue Toyota Tundra pickup truck and an orange Kia Soul collided in the lanes. However, the details that led to the accident were not available. Immediately, California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the collision.
 
As a result, one person was hurt in the incident. Crews transported the victim with a ground ambulance to a local hospital, with minor injuries.
 
In addition, the pickup truck sustained heavy front-end damage while the Kia had damage to its driver’s side.
