Semi Truck and Pickup Truck Collide on Highway 92 in San Mateo County

 
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA (April 23, 2023) – One person was extricated after a two-vehicle accident on Highway 92 in San Mateo County Tuesday morning on April 18.
 
The accident happened just east of Upper Skyline Boulevard. According to the California Highway Patrol, a semi truck and a Ford pickup truck collided for unknown reasons.
 
Cal Fire crews responded and extricated one person from one of the vehicles. The condition of that person was not immediately known.
 
Officers closed both eastbound and westbound lanes of the highway while they documented the accident.
 
The cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
