29-Year-Old Man Dies after Motorcycle Accident on Washington Street near Tucson Circle in Palm Desert

 
PALM DESERT, CA (August 17, 2022) – A 29-year-old man died in a motorcycle accident on Washington Street on Monday morning.
 
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the incident happened on August 15 at about 8:05 a.m. For reasons still under investigation, a southbound 2022 Harley Davidson collided with a 2015 Jeep Cherokee near Tucson Circle.
 
The impact of the collision ejected the rider from his motorcycle.
 
Emergency crews pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene. Authorities withheld the name of the victim, pending notification of next of kin.
 
Meanwhile, responders transported the driver of the Jeep to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
