Rider Hospitalized after Oildale Motorcycle Accident on Ray Street near Hurrle Avenue

 
OILDALE, CA (January 2, 2023) – A motorcyclist sustained injuries in an accident on Ray Street, Friday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on December 30, at about 5:00 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, a motorcycle and a vehicle collided near Hurrle Avenue.
 
Emergency crews transported the motorcyclist to a hospital for treatment of a head injury. Updates on the motorcyclist’s condition remain undisclosed.
 
Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. As per reports, the driver did not sustain injuries.
 
CHP continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
